In this case, the third bimonthly period covers the months of May and June 2023. It is important to highlight that this obligation falls on taxpayers of the common bimonthly regime, i.e., those who during the taxable year 2022 declared and paid a tax in excess of $14,859,564 (equivalent to 391 Tax Value Units – UVT).
The District Secretariat of Finance (SDH) has issued an urgent call to all these taxpayers to comply with their tax obligation in a timely manner, come forward to pay the Industry and Commerce Tax (ICA) and avoid facing penalties for untimeliness and late payment interest.
These additional charges may generate a significant financial impact on taxpayers, so it is essential to comply with the established deadline.
