For this purpose, the RNDC has made available the official website <a href=\"https:\/\/rndc.mintransporte.gov.co\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rndc.mintransporte.gov.co<\/a> through which companies must include all the information requested regarding their transportation operations.<\/p>\n\n<p>To access the Internet portal, companies must register in the system and create a user. To complete this process the user must perform the following steps:<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Register Municipal Shipment<\/h3>\n\n<p>&#8211; Select the \u2018Register\u2019 option from the drop down menu.<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; Select the \u2018Municipal Remittance\u2019 option.<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; Enter the sequential number assigned to the remittance. Fulfill the Municipal Record<\/h3>\n\n<p>&#8211; Upon delivery of the merchandise at the unloading site, the \u2018comply with Municipal Trip\u2019 record must be filled out. To do so, the user must go to the \u2018comply\u2019 option and choose the option \u2018Fulfill Municipal Record\u2019.<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; Type the consecutive number of the municipal record to be processed, the system will display the information that the user must contrast with the information of the record to be fulfilled.
