Run Tour 2023 Bogota: dates, how to register, costs and more details

RunTour 2023, the most technical and challenging 10K athletic competition in Colombia and Latin America, is coming to Bogota. The organizers of the competition affirm that the objective of the event goes beyond being just a sports race.

RunTour 2023 combines the passion for sport with the objective of contributing to social welfare. In line with this vision, runners have the opportunity to participate voluntarily by donating miles.

The 2023 event is promoted as a social responsibility platform that promotes the donation of miles to the LifeMiles Mileage Bank, in support of various social organizations that work to improve the quality of life of communities and people in vulnerable situations in Colombia.

How to participate in the Run Tour 2023: Registration fees and categories

Registration for the event is open from August 5 until October 5, or while supplies last. The cost is $125,000.

Run Tour 2023 participants will be able to register in three categories according to their age: Open, from 18 to 39 years old; Master, from 40 to 49 years old, and Plus, for participants over 50 years old.

Each participant will be given a kit, which includes the official Run Tour 2023 T-shirt. The delivery of these kits will take place at the headquarters of Compensar Avenue 68, Plaza Jubileo, located at Avenida 68 # 49 A 47.


This distribution will take place on Friday, October 6 and Saturday, October 7, 2023. It is worth mentioning that minors will not be allowed to participate in this edition.

To be part of this event, all runners must present themselves at the meeting point at the indicated time, with their competition number and official T-shirt.

Place, date and time of Run Tour 2023

The appointment to participate in the Run Tour 2023 will be on Sunday, October 8, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. For now, the starting place is at Plaza de Alfiles, on 26th Street, although the organizers emphasized that the schedules and routes are subject to change, according to the guidelines of the authorities of Bogota.

They also informed that any modification, as well as the final route, will be communicated in advance through the official website of the event and by e-mail to the participants.

Biosecurity protocols

In the event that Run Tour 2023 participants present any symptoms associated with COVID-19, such as fever, sore throat and cough, among others, they will not be able to participate in the race. This is part of the biosecurity measures.

The protocol also includes that people who have been in contact with a positive case of COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to the race will not be allowed to participate.


In case of presenting any of these situations that prevent you from participating in the Run Tour 2023, the organizers contemplate the possibility of refunds within 5 working days after the purchase, thus complying with Law 1480 of 2011, of the Consumer Statute.

Changes in registration must be requested through [email protected], so the organization can evaluate their viability.

Where will the donations of LifeMiles miles go?

The RunTour assures that the donation of LifeMiles miles will be destined to eventualities such as natural emergencies, children’s work, education, health and inclusion, among others.

Among the beneficiaries are various entities such as the Red Cross, the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and the National Health Institute.

According to the organizers, the donation of miles is an opportunity for all runners, with which they can contribute from 1 mile “up to the maximum limit of the miles obtained for their registration”, according to the official site of the event.

Those interested in additional donations should follow the conventional process through LifeMiles accounts. These miles will be audited annually so that donors can be sure that they will be allocated correctly, according to Avianca.
