Classic Cinnamon Tea

Ingredients:

1-2 black tea bags (optional)

2-3 cloves (optional)

Honey or sugar to taste (optional)

Milk (optional)

Instructions:

In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.

Add the cinnamon sticks (or ground cinnamon). You may also include cloves at this point.

Let the mixture simmer for about 10-15 minutes on low heat to infuse the flavors. If you want your cinnamon tea to have a stronger flavor, you can simmer for a longer time.

Remove the saucepan from heat and strain the tea into your cups.

Add honey, sugar, or any sweetener of your choice to taste. You can also add a splash of milk or a milk alternative for a creamy texture.
